I would say this MacBook Pro is very-well valuable for its selling price. But even with its scratches or dents, it's still not very visible in regular lighting because of its silver color. The MacBook I have seems to have a bit of yellowing screen-burn at its bottom right corner, but it isn't very noticeable either. Scratches are also not noticeable unless you shine a bright light at them. Overall, great!

After contacting them about the mishap, they were very responsive and extremely willing to resolve the issue. Today the correct component arrived and works perfectly in my device. This seller has excellent customer service capabilities and is very easy to work with. The items are priced fairly and are shipped quickly. It is evident by how the component was wrapped prior to shipping that they have a quality operation. Very positive!!!

Unfortunately, only the bottom right quadrant would register touches. I notified the seller and they immediately gave a full refund. They went above and beyond to make it right and I will buy again. Being a used part, and installing it myself, I didn’t expect them to give a full refund. A++ Seller!

Consider buying if you are able to do so, as this seller packages their parts well and describes them as is. Condition is immaculate.
