Answering my every question fast and in a very professional way. The product I've received is exactly as described, new and unscratched. There's literally no sign of any usages in/out the phone. And as for the shipment, there was no problems at all. The shipment was ultra fast i couldn't even believe it my self. So i can guarantee that if you buy from this shop you won't regret it.

She loves it and the phone does everything she wants it to, except make calls and texts. Turns out this phone requires 3G to first connect to the tower. Just an FYI if you want to use it for calls in Australia. 4G data works fine though as she mainly wanted it for the flip and the physical keypad. Most lite Android apps are working once sideloaded onto the phone.

I would say be beware of import taxes as they can be quite high sometimes. We’d gladly buy again if change came.
