A couple of the plastic clips inside the case had snapped and a few discs slid around, but no noticeable scratches or damage. Not really the fault of the seller, more like an inherent product defect. Discs play great, exactly what I was looking for.

He admitted they sent the wrong set, and promised to send me the correct one asap. He did just that. Three days later, the DVD's were delivered. I had recently got screwed by two other sellers.
