All went smoothly for that part of the transaction. It would help if ebay didn't throw everything at you even when a specific search is made. My mechanic even stated that this rocker panel was in terrible condition for the price I paid. The seller stated “ if you don’t like it return it or I can possibly give you a $30 refund” the product was over 200$!. Reporting to eBay customer service.
