They work, but you cannot let them fall off your body onto the hard floor or they will break. Lay down a blanket/yoga mat first.

My treatment area has thick carpet, and no danger of shattering, nonetheless, they crack and lose their ability to hold suction. I don't like to give negative reviews, but the seller cannot improve the quality of these cups and the purchase page made clear that the Seller does not accept returns as stated on the sale page. The transaction was smooth and the item arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
