I contacted them and they immediately issued a postage paid return label. I’m giving the item 5-stars because it was brand new. Would absolutely do business with them again, great communication and prompt resolution. Highly recommended.

I showed them how to time to watch against the internet the way I do it at home. They did it it runs about 2 seconds fast per week which is perfect. I paid for it they ship it FedEx, I had a couple days I'm very pleased will use them again. BTW it is new in box by asking to open the box so it says used on this purchase, but indeed it is new
