Server shipped in expanding foam packaging, came clean and in perfect condition with the ipmi password printed on the server and dhcp enabled with up to date firmware. Out of the box ready to go with all promised accessories and even an x540 mezzanine nic that wasn't expected. Check out their store for more hardware.

I contacted the sell and they communicated with me to try to troubleshoot the issue. When the issue could not be resolved they said to return the item and they would give me a full refund. They payed for the shipping. Although I had an issue, I added this provider to my saved servers list. I'm confident that the issue came about during the shipping. A hard drive tray was damaged in shipping and they sent a replacement hard drive tray right away. The packaging was done very well, it was just unlucky. Great professional communication.
