My own online research turns out to be more useful. The shopping list listed things that are borderline for eating under this health condition, and didn’t list things that could easily be included. It listed FODMAP as a source, but that is actually for IBS, not CSID. The book arrived in new condition and arrived promptly. So I recommend the seller. Not this book.
