Communication made it seem like I was asking for too much when in reality if you're going to charge $60 to ship 2 small items, then put it in a box that fits instead of damaging the items to get it to fit into a tiny box.

Then they shipped it in such a tiny box that they had to bend and damage one of the items to get it to fit. I let them know and they grudgingly refunded me $7 all the while claiming that they are not making a profit which is absurd. They're reselling items for an inordinate markup in the first place. I will likely not be purchasing from them again.
