The gear for the rubber brush doesn't fit the transmission housing, it is too tight. So I used my old original gear for that one that was still good. But then the gear that fits onto the hexagonal electric motor shaft is too loose on the motor shaft and it spun / stripped on the shaft almost immediately. That was the gear that was bad in my old gear set (teeth bad on old one) so I'm still stuck now with a non-working Roomba.
