My case was a bit scuffed up at the bottom, but it still functions and looks it okay. The product itself is the same, with some minor scuffing that wasn't in the listing, but is also okay. Definitely a good price to get one of these, though. I'm content overall.

Shipment to UK was very quick - I heard nothing for a week then, on Monday I received a FedEx tracking number from EBay and it arrived at my house on Friday. So delivered less than 2 weeks from ordering, much quicker than stated. Excellent value and high quality service by the seller. This was the first time that I had ordered from Japan, and I will certainly do so again. Thank you.

Then it was held up on customs for a few days which was annoying but that wasn’t the sellers fault. Arrived well packaged, as described, and seller did communicate and answer questions throughout.

I got a really good deal as well. The item I ordered was a sailor fountain pen and it is very clearly a genuine sailor pen. Writes like a dream. It took 11 days to ship after I ordered, but once it was in the mail it only took 3 days to be delivered! The seller also answered my questions in a timely fashion. If you're shopping for fountain pens too, this seller is one you can trust.
