An email about the incorrect item has not been answered as of the following week. It was carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner- just wasn't quite the right thing.

USPS admitted to having damaged and destroyed the contents of the package, but only refunded me $100 of the cost because it was shipped via Ground Advantage. The seller is not responding to my messages for a refund on the last $57.06 of the underinsured package. eBay hasn't been much help either.
