I understand the seller offered free shipping, but 14 days to receive the item was too long, when estimated at 6. I've purchased items with no shipping cost before, and never had the long shipping time. It also appears this item was not mailed right away. If the seller had contacted me to let me know of delays, it would've been no problem. If you expect an item in a timely fashion, or expect seller communication, look elsewhere.
