I initially freaked out because the heavy plastic bag measured 12" x 10" x 2". i thought the rug was vacuum packed riddled with creases, but when I removed it, a few swipes of my foot made it look great. The color is a bit darker than the picture shows & the fibers are nearly 2" Long but do not stand up like the picture shows. It is soft & it stayed in place for my deep cleaning vacuum. Many apologies to my Seller, I Love It! AAAAA +++++ SELLER !!!!

It sucked that the 36inch dual shelf tracks don't have any compatible dual track brackets that fit in the slots (just a couple mm difference between standard brackets and these tracks, but significant). I asked the seller if they could direct me to any compatible ones I could buy--they couldn't, but at least they were responsive and allowed me to return the item.
