Shipping label was created August 8, the day after the order, and cards were expected no later than Tuesday, August 19. We got a message on Tues August 19 that the shipper had received the item. Baffled as to why it took 11 days between printing the label and getting it to the shipper? This wasn't an overall bad experience but would not have purchased it I knew they would take so inexplicably long to ship.
