As for the condition, it's new or at least looks new from afar. The value is on par for what it cost. The appearance of the paint seams less professional than I would hope for tho. Some paint is splochy in some places,and the gems are off center. So like I say hanging on the wall from across the room it looks good. Don't get to close or you will see the very obvious imperfections.

It does look great, but up close it does have Minor imperfections with the paint where the colors have bled out of where it should be. All in all it's excellent especially for the price, and you could always repaint it to perfection. The strap is also cut perfectly and has an amazing feel.
