When I refused he got hostal and mean. a he'll of an experience. Pictures in the listing show it was Mint. It was packaged with utmost care yet arrived damaged. We immediately told him we would either provide a refund or give him a replacement - his choice. We also asked that he simply fill out a quick form confirming the item arrived damaged to him - so that we could use it on the insurance claim. He refused to comply, yet we still told him we would honor the refund/replacement. That's where this stands. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
