The orange cap came off from a light tap on a surface but I planned on removing it anyway. Wish it could be screwed back in but it's nothing glue or double-sided tape can't handle. The blaster is quite big for a pistol. From the tip of the barrel with orange cap to the end of the cylinder it measures close to 10 inches and bit more than 13 inches to the start of the cylinder.
