I have reached out to the seller numerous times and I have yet to receive a response. My clubs were due Wednesday and now there is no information on my shipment. I have purchased numerous clubs from the seller but I will never purchase again. Zero communication absolutely horrible customer service. I’m not sure why the seller ships with FedEx knowing how many issues they have. If I could give zero stars I would.

I removed the head and screw fell and bounced under my bench all the way back to the wall. Now I have to find a washer and get it installed (not easy to do) because I do occasionally change settings on the course according to my swing that day and would be easy to loose the screw in the grass. Also sent them 2 messages with no response. But I’ll have a nice driver when I get washer
