Only that a label was printed and tracking number was created. Don’t know if this is on seller or FedEx. Either way once I communicated the problem the item was shipped/received within a week.

I found exactly the bat size I needed, transaction was super easy, affordable, and holy cow the shipping was super fast!!! I think I ordered either on a Saturday or Sunday and It was at my door on Wednesday!!! Just in time for Batting Practice this week!!! 10/10 Experience, would definitely recommend!!
