This is a far cry from the sellers own description of a refurbished produce “certified to look and work like new”. Reached out to the seller and was informed that I could return it - I decided not to because of the time that it would take before I had a working computer again. Guess you get what you pay for with ebay sellers' "refurbished" stuff.

The description of the laptop I bought was spot on and there is no damage besides wear marks which I knew before buying. I honestly thought I would get something with a lot more damage but I didn’t. It was priced really good for what I got. I would definitely buy from this seller again!
