I asked for an exchange but was told no. I can’t return and wait for a refund due to a tourney next week. Just wanted an exchange. Use caution. They unfortunately do not reply until after you purchase. Bums me out

Shipping was in a cardboard box with the clubs wrapped with rubber bands but there was no newspaper or bubble wrap in the box to cushion the clubs in shipment. Would recommend this seller
