The focus ring is faulty, it is warped somewhere and so so hard to rotate that my hand is having even a hard time rotating it let alone a focus motor. The focus motor is not even able to move it one bit. This is so so frustrating and so wrong. I specifically asked about the condition and you lied everything works perfectly.
