It was securely packaged in a box within two usps bubble wrap packaging, so overall very secure. Their description of the item was accurate as well, where the radio worked but the tape function wasn’t. They suspected the belt needed replaced. They were right. When I ordered this I ordered a new belt and so I was able to repair it the same day. I got exactly what I was expecting and for a decent price. Sounds good too
