They cited a tornado as being the problem but when I asked for a refund they rejected it but then told me they would ship the item or give me a refund the next day. I heard nothing more from them after that. I had to go through eBay dispute to get it back a second time. At the beginning I waited a good deal of time for it to ship when I reached out they said they’d ship the next day but never did and why I’m am leaving this scathing review.
