The item was purchased via eBay but seller decided to send the item using an Amazon barcode and in Amazon packaging, meaning it took two visits to the collection point and almost 30 minutes total going back and forth with a very patient cashier in a very busy shop before I was finally able to collect the parcel. Queried this with the seller after my first failed attempt to collect and they were no help whatsoever.
