I contacted the seller and explained the situation and they dealt with it absolutely professionally, clear communication throughout, not to mention exemplary integrity. The seller gave a full refund for the mishap and was courteous throughout. Despite the fault being present on the item, owing to the professionalism of the seller, i would buy from them again. Very good seller

The best part is that the selling price was very decent. Excellent customer service and great communication skills.
