The quality exceeded my expectations and it looked new. For the price, the value was great. The seller communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. But I am choosing to return it as it was an uninformed purchase on my end not knowing what I would need out of the performance of a laptop. They supplied the return label and paid the return shipping as they said they would! The only negative is that with this specific laptop it had trouble running the browser without using 60-90% of it’s capacity, and it was very slow.
