The seller was very friendly, apologetic, and offered a return. But it’s not worth the financial expense I would incur to ship them back to her. The negative feedback is for the items only, and not the seller. She was very nice and could definitely give communication lessons to many sellers on this site. This was an unfortunate situation, and I do not believe it’s indicative of the shops SOP.
