I ordered an HP computer, but the loose item was a DELL mouse and dongle. Ran the serial # though HP website only 9 months left on warranty. Contacted the seller and stated the HP keyboard would not work with the DELL mouse dongle. I was at least expecting a new keyboard and mouse, They stated how sorry they were, but did absolutely nothing!

They told me it was used, but the tanks were empty, and the maintenance tank is extremely dirty, so I'm sure I'll have to replace it soon. The description says it comes with sublimation paper and heat tape, and that's all that was missing. It arrived packaged in a box with protective sides, but the printer itself wasn't wrapped in any plastic, so it could have gotten
