    Item was recieved impact damaged but the box looked fine. The seller responded immediately, very positive attitude, He and I are both sorry the dvd/vcr was broken. I followed his directions, and had my refund back in my credit card within 24 hours and that was on a Thanksgiving weekend to boot! I would recommend them to anyone.
