I refused to send it back and wait for a new one since the old one was already out. Made it work by shaving down the tabs and putting my reservoir line over the shaved part. Works for me

Its one of those shippers where the tracking# has no updates and it just shows up when it shows up and you have know idea of the shipping progress as its on its way. Came late so not too excited about that. I think this seller should stop the over optimism in its advertised shipping arrival date so expectations can be met as the buyer. I contacted them and of course they blame it on Fedx
