Regardless, the discs inside along with the cover and booklet inside were in excellent condition so I'll give the damaged case a pass. Tracking number was marked as "UPS" but was in fact shipped via USPS, so not sure if that was a clerical error or not, but I wasn't able to actually track the shipment.
