Customer service followed up quickly to assure me it was shipped, but they have no record of what happened after it went to their shipping partner. I'm not convinced that it will ever arrive. Very disappointed. This vendor could benefit from better communication with their shipping partner.

Ordered Sept 2, shipping label created Sept 4, now Sept 24 and shipping link says they are still awaiting the item. Despite being titled as USA company, I suspect the item may have shipped from overseas. Package was expected by Sept 13 according to Ebay, and returns accepted by Oct 13, but I doubt I will even have the item by then. First and last time I will ever buy from this seller. Don't buy from them if you want timely delivery.
