I did finally notice a very small set screw in the middle, and fortunately I happened to have a real small allen wrench that fit. There were no instructions and no included wrench. The sight would fall out of the dovetail if it was not wrenched down tight. Almost returned this item but I think it might stay in place.

Front sight fit perfect but rear had a gap at the bottom and was only being held by set screw still 5 stars by the way they handled it and fast communication!!
