Cable would not fit into the ferrel and the lever would not openate. Cable diameter is too thick to slide in to slot provided. Cable end will not fit in to opening provided. I ended up filing the cable slot to accomodate the cable and drilled the opening for cable end in order for the cable end to be captured by the ferrel. Once these two modifications were performed, the cable fit and the lever works as designed.
