In my case, I got 85% battery health, a flawless front display, a light scratch on the back panel, and OEM parts still in place. From what I understand, if this seller swaps out the battery or display, they would use non-OEM replacement parts that come with a "non-genuine" message, but that wasn't the case with me and I'm happy with that. The one-year warranty gives peace of mind, which is why I prefer buying from Bay-Refurbished vetted sellers.

As a buyer who expected better, this surprised me a bit. Despite the initial battery level of 86% on my iPhone 12 Pro, I am overall satisfied with my purchase.
