It WAS new, and complete, and genuinely what they showed on the ad'. The delivery was timely, and it didn't leave me with a multimeter in my hands and "on my own" as it were to figure it out. I LOVE this adjustment, just push up or down, and you can open up and tighten if you need... ULTRA simple in that regard. Especially if you're just starting with "your own wrenching" I can recommend this one!
