I was very impressed as I was kept informed of the status during each step of the shipping process. The packaging was excellent and the presales consultation to help us select the right version of the product was excellent. The product arrived much quicker than anticipated. It said it was a sample which I didn't order and it was expensive and there was a delivery charge too. Be warned do not buy anything from this company.
