The item was a collectible so I needed the box intact. After asking him for some better wrapping he said it will cost me more. None of that was mentioned on the ad. Besides that the item was advertised as brand new, however he mentioned that he will open it for "inspection" cause Japanese products are missing parts from the factory. Going forward, we aim to provide clearer information and improve our services.
