The bottom is curved like a rocking chairs base. My Corgi is going on 16 and I am not risking letting her try to use it. Garbage!

They're easy to assemble (all you have to do is put the casing over the wonderfully dense foam stairs & then slide the durable cardboard slats [not that cheap cardboard stuff] into the spaces on the top of each individual stair to make them even more able to support your pet's weight as they climb each stair). The seller had good & prompt communication, and the shipment itself was quick. The quality of the stairs is good, and we and our dog just love them!

The only hard part about using them is trying to get my dog to walk up and down. LOL. It's taking time and a lot of treats but my dog is beginning to understand why the steps are there. So I'm highly satisfied😁

I know it just by the entire buying process!! Totally recommend this seller! The package arrived in 2 deliveries, and the frame was boxed. NO complaints!!

In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly.
