The reels received were the same models as in the listings but not the exact same ones in the listing pictures. Reels received were in worse condition than the ones in the photos. I still leave positive feedback because seller made it right and agreed to partial refund. Items delivered were well packaged.

The reel wasn't shipped for 16 days after purchase, and during this time the seller only provided vague answers. When the reel arrived, I noticed that the main shaft was bent and some of the ball bearings were damaged. This wasn't mentioned in the description. Daiwa charged €100 for the repair. I tried to reach an agreement with the seller; he suggested covering half of the repair costs. The money was never refunded, and the seller never responded again despite repeated.
