Shipping was very fast for both shipments and they responded to all my messages immediately. Although I had to make a slight alteration to the feet so they would fit my oddly shaped roof, I saved hundreds on a rack that competes with the likes of Thule and Yakima. I’ll be recommending this seller to friends who need a rack. Thanks again!!!
