The reel wasn't shipped for 16 days after purchase, and during this time the seller only provided vague answers. When the reel arrived, I noticed that the main shaft was bent and some of the ball bearings were damaged. This wasn't mentioned in the description. Daiwa charged €100 for the repair. I tried to reach an agreement with the seller; he suggested covering half of the repair costs. The money was never refunded, and the seller never responded again despite repeated.
