Mayoi thankfully made it safely to my house because of them :) no damage and he is VERY soft. i highly recommend this seller.

The item got stuck in customs and the seller always replied within a few hours, even emailed me personally the document that customs needed after they had already spoke to Japan FedEX to ensure that everything was done properly. This seller goes above and beyond, item came packaged beautifully with lots of bubble wrap, exactly as described, SUPER fast shipping. Highly recommend! :)
