The appearance is a purple GameCube controller but some parts of it are a bit dirty, understandable as it's 20 years old. The value of the controller is a bit to high for the condition I got it for but it really doesn't matter to me that much as if it works then I'm happy, probably £25 but £30 is good too. The quality of the packaging was good.
