The mounting posts and especially the mounting plates you anchor to the floor is very thin and flimsy. I used drop in expansion anchors. The screens that allow the venting and insect barrier is sloppy and the fit is very poor. I doubt it will keep out the mosquitos. The netting and outer cover are not weighted and fly like kites in the wind. Just installed this weekend which took us 25 hours total...some of the directions did not make sense but thanks to others posting on You Tube we were able to get it up. Quality is good, value excellent and appearance is excellent. Time will tell on how it holds up.
