The items arrived without a protective seal from the manufacturer and the solution inside looked & smelled like the seller replaced the original product with vegetable oil. They did, however, issue a refund and a shipping label to send back without asking any further questions. But, that just goes to validate my intuition that it was NOT "authentic product" as described. That's always the best solution for both sides.If you do your research you will find out that neither of their products comes with a protective seal or similar.
