There was no plastic around it nor was a waterproof envelope used, leaving it susceptible to the elements. No hard or corrugated cardboard keeping the envelop from bending. I reached out to the seller as the shipping was over $5.37 for non-priority regular postage ($1.90). The seller asked me to gently peel the tape back and took no accountability.
