    Seller listed Laptop as used. "used" means an item has been previously used, but is still fully operational. Used items may have some cosmetic wear, but they are not defective and function as intended. This should have been listed as Parts!! Very confusing listing as this Laptop had no logic board and did not function at all. The information was vague a buried in the description.The buyer would not admit the issue and would not accept a return. Be careful when this seller is deceptive!

    Extremely fast shipping, great pricing and the laptop came exactly as I expected. My only issues is that the touchpad is slightly finicky, sometimes not picking up my finger, and the internal mic barely picks up my voice for video calls (this wasn’t included in the product description)—but nothing a bluetooth mouse and an external mic can’t fix! Outside of that, the performance is great and the laptop is fully functional. A++
